Kang Jung 6th tooth was out on the first day of Chinese New Year.
This was the suit he worn during the first day of Chinese New Year. We have change to another suit on the second day.

Finally, Daddy and Mommy could have a peaceful, enjoyable meal in a restaurant after 10 months. We brought a "usual out of sight" toy for Kang Jung to play. We let him played with 2 sauce dish and unopen wet tissue. He even had 2 teething biscuit while we eat. He only start to fuss after we have finish our food. Yippee.

First Time on a Trolley

Yesterday Mommy and Daddy placed Kang Jung on the supermarket trolley for the first time. After a short ride for around 5 minutes, Kang Jung decided that it is more fun to be carry by Daddy.

Gong Xi Gong Xi

Mommy:"Has been teaching Kang Jung the gong xi gong xi hand gesture. He still dunno how to do it."
Daddy:"Ai yah, no need lah. Kang Jung is the first grandson. No need gong xi also can get angbow lah."
Mommy:"But he is not the first grandson at Popo side."
Kang Jung: (immediately do the gong xi hand gesture).

Drinking from straw

Finally today Kang Jung figure out how to drink from a straw. Mommy was so happy that she clapped and dance around the living room. Mommy has been letting Kang Jung play with his mag mag with the straw. He thought it was a toy for a long time.
Mommy must remember to give mag mag to Kang Jung again tomorrow morning, just in case he forgotten how to drink from a straw again.
This is the back of the tiger suit. Cute hor? Mommy brought it from Woodland pasah malam for $16. It even has a tiny tail behind.

5th Tooth Out!
No wonder Kang Jung kept having fever on and off. He felt hot but the thermometer kept saying that he do not have a fever.
Kang Jung also kept biting Mommy when he fell asleep. Mommy got problem unlatching without feeling pain.
Kang Jung dislike brown rice very much. In fact, after Mommy posted this, Kang Jung began to refuse to eat brown rice.

Fever

Kang Jung has a slight fever today. It comes and goes. Before Mommy & Daddy took Kang Jung to see his PD, we took his temperature and realise that our temperature is actually higher than Kang Jung. However, Kang Jung feel so warm all over his body.
The PD checked him and found nothing wrong with him. She told us that since Kang Jung is teething now, we just have to monitor his temperature and it should not go higher than 37.8. If his fever does not go off by Monday, we will have to bring Kang Jung back to see her again. It might be urine infection.
The first picture was taken on 14 April 2006. The second picture was taken on 12 January 2007. Kang Jung was grown a lot but his style of crying is still the same.
